1. Welcome to the Merom Golan Tourism Hotel website (“Site”). In order to improve our User Experience (“UX”) when using the Site, we use Cookies, which when do not collect personal information from our User’s per-se. unless a User elects to provide such information (for example, if a User registers on our Site and accepts the terms of our Services). The Site is operated by a third party on behalf of the Hotel called Simplex Ltd (“Site Operator”). The Site Operator can be identified at the following web address: https://www.simplex-ltd.co.il. The Hotel has entered into a third party outsourced service agreement with the Site Operator, and the Hotel reserves the right to replace the Site Operator at any time. The use of the Term “Hotel” and/or “We” and/or “Us” includes the use of the term “and/or anyone acting on our behalf”.

7. The Site Uses The Following Types Of Cookies.

7.5. Information Cookies. We use these types of Cookies to collect information to improve our product and our services and the offer direct advertisements that the Hotel believes are relevant to the User. The Hotel uses Cookies to focus certain marketing and promotional campaigns.

The Hotel uses Google Analytics to issue reports about the Site for improvement purposes.
